About the Tuner design

Tuner is built from street car parts. The base is grille mesh, the honeycomb you see behind a tuned car's front bumper, with trim framing each slot. Gauge ticks run around the rim like a boost gauge, and a redline arc marks one section of the dial. Livery stripes can cross the wheel for a more decorated look. The selected slot lights up with underglow, the neon glow from under a lowered car, spreading from under the slot in the accent color. The weapon name and attachment sit in the center above the 3D center mark. It is playful and bright without losing the clear layout of the stock wheel.

Pairing it with your minimap

Tuner suits car meet, street racing and city life servers, and it pairs with neon or night street minimaps. Underglow's purple-pink matches a dark map with magenta roads. Lime boost suits bright green neon maps, Ice blue works with cyan night themes, Sunset brings orange and pink for retro street maps, and Purple haze fits violet synthwave maps. Match the underglow color to your minimap's roads, and players will feel like their HUD is lit by the same lights as the streets.

Tuner weapon wheel FAQ

How bright is the underglow?

You control it. Underglow strength is an adjustable effect, along with gauge ticks, the redline arc and livery stripes. Lower strength gives a subtle glow for serious servers, higher strength makes the selection pop at night.

Which minimap pairs with Tuner?

A dark or neon street map with bright roads. Tuner looks best when its underglow color matches the map lines, for example Ice blue with a cyan road map. On a plain grey map, choose a palette that adds one clear accent.

Is Tuner too bright for daytime?

The glow is strongest at night, but the grille mesh and trim keep it readable in daylight too. For mostly daytime servers, lower the underglow strength a little and keep the text white for contrast.
