Ready-made maps

If the resource does not work on a supported server and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

We will always try to fix it first — nine times out of ten it is a cache or a conflicting resource, and that takes five minutes.

Branded studio builds

These are made to order from your own artwork, so they are not refundable simply because you changed your mind. If the build itself is faulty — wrong theme, missing element, corrupted file — we rebuild it or refund it.

Packages

A package is refundable in full within 14 days if no map from it has been downloaded. Once maps have been downloaded, we refund the unused portion at the single-map price.

Chargebacks

Please open a ticket before opening a chargeback. A chargeback closes the account and revokes the licence, which helps nobody.
