Terms of service

1. What we sell

We sell digital game modifications: texture and geometry packages that replace the minimap of Grand Theft Auto V inside a FiveM server, and a browser studio that composes your own artwork onto those maps.

We are an independent studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or the Cfx.re project.

2. Your account

You may sign in with Discord. You are responsible for keeping access to that Discord account secure, because it is what unlocks your downloads.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. A finished map is $8.00; every custom element placed on it is $1.00. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never receive or store your card details.

Your order is confirmed when Stripe reports the payment as successful. Until then nothing is unlocked.

4. Delivery

Ready-made maps are available to download immediately after payment. Branded studio builds are rendered on our machine and normally appear in your dashboard within minutes; if a build fails we either fix it or refund it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not upload artwork you do not have the right to use, or artwork that is illegal, hateful or infringing. We remove such uploads and may close the account.

You may not attempt to obtain a build you have not paid for, probe our systems, or automate purchases.

6. Liability

The product is provided as is. We are liable for direct damages up to the amount you paid us, and not for indirect or consequential loss such as lost server revenue.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top always says when. Material changes are announced in our Discord.
