FiveM IPL list — every item placement list in GTA 5

Loading and unloading an IPL

-- Every client that should see the change has to run this.
RegisterNetEvent('map:openBuilding', function(ipl)
  if not IsIplActive(ipl) then
    RequestIpl(ipl)
  end
end)

RegisterNetEvent('map:closeBuilding', function(ipl)
  if IsIplActive(ipl) then
    RemoveIpl(ipl)
  end
end)

-- On join, replay whatever the server says is open.
AddEventHandler('onClientMapStart', function()
  TriggerServerEvent('map:requestState')
end)

IsIplActive is what keeps this idempotent: calling RequestIpl on an IPL that is already loaded is harmless, but checking first makes the state readable. Replaying the state on client map start is the part most IPL resources forget, and it is why a player who reconnects sees the old map.
