We collect the minimum needed to sell you a map and let you download it again later.
What we store
If you sign in with Discord: your Discord user id, username, display name, avatar hash and email address.
Your orders, the items in them, your saved studio designs and the images you upload for those designs.
Technical logs: request time, IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention.
What we never store
Card numbers, CVV codes or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, who send us only a confirmation and an invoice reference.
Why we store it
To deliver what you bought, to let you download it again, to issue invoices, to answer support tickets and to prevent fraud. That is the whole list.
Who else sees it
Stripe, for payment processing. Discord, if you choose to sign in with it or open a ticket. Nobody else — we do not sell or share data, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.
How long
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Designs and uploads are kept until you delete them or ask us to.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account — email [email protected] and we will do it within 30 days.
