How billing works

Payment

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers — we receive a confirmation and an invoice reference, nothing more. Apple Pay and Google Pay work wherever your device supports them.

Invoices

Every paid order generates a Stripe invoice with your order number on it. You can download it any time from Billing in your dashboard, and the receipt link is emailed to you as well.

Delivery

Ready-made maps unlock the second the payment clears. Branded studio builds are rendered on our machine — a full 226 megapixel composite plus twelve DXT5 textures — and normally land in your dashboard within a few minutes.

What you may do with it

One purchase covers every server you personally operate under the same brand. You may modify the textures for your own use. You may not resell the resource, publish it, or bundle it into a server template you sell. See the licence for the exact wording.

FAQ

Pricing questions

What counts as one element?
Anything you place on the map: one logo, one image file or one text layer. A text layer with a shadow, glow, curve and rotation is still one element — the effects are free, the layer is what you pay for.
Do effects like the magic blend cost extra?
No. Curving, tilting, stretching, glows, shadows, transparency and the magic blend are all included. You only ever pay per element.
What does an edit cost later?
Your design stays saved in your dashboard. Re-opening it is free; each element you add or replace in that edit is $1.00. Moving or restyling an element you already paid for costs nothing.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every purchase is one-time and the licence is perpetual. Re-downloads and improved re-renders of a map you own are free forever.
Do I pay per server or per network?
Per network. One purchase covers every server you personally operate under the same brand. Reselling the resource or shipping it inside a paid server template is not covered.
What payment methods do you take?
Card payments through Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. You get a proper invoice for every order.
Can I get a refund?
Ready-made maps are refundable within 14 days if the resource does not work on a supported server and we cannot fix it. Branded builds are made to order, so they are refundable only if the build itself is faulty.
