Who owns what on this site, what the price covers and what it does not.
1. Who we are
We are an independent studio making FiveM-compatible minimaps and custom weapon wheels. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Rockstar Games, Cfx.re or the FiveM project.
"FiveM-compatible" and "for FiveM" mean only that the products work with FiveM — not that FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or Take-Two made, reviewed or approved them.
2. What belongs to Take-Two
Grand Theft Auto, GTA V, Rockstar Games, FiveM and Cfx.re, and every name, logo, character, vehicle, weapon name, location and place name (for example Los Santos, Blaine County, San Andreas and Cayo Perico), the game map and its geography, models, textures, sounds and all other game content are trademarks and/or copyrighted works of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and its subsidiaries (including Rockstar Games and Cfx.re).
They are and remain their property. We fully acknowledge this and claim no ownership of, or rights in, any of it.
3. Legal independence
MiniMaps for FiveM is run by an independent operator. It is a separate business from Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Rockstar Games, Cfx.re and the FiveM project, and it is legally independent of them. There is no partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, employment, sponsorship or licensing relationship between us and any of them. We do not act on their behalf, we cannot speak for them, and they are not responsible for this website, our products or our support. We alone are responsible for this site and for what we sell.
4. No intention to harm FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or Take-Two
We build add-ons that are meant to complement FiveM and GTA V, never to compete with them, replace them or damage them. Our products:
- do not contain, copy or redistribute the game, its executable or its original archives;
- do not bypass, disable or weaken any protection, licence check, anti-cheat or account system;
- are not cheats, exploits or tools for gaining an unfair advantage;
- only work for people who own a legitimate copy of GTA V and use the FiveM client under its own terms.
We respect the work of Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive and Cfx.re. We want our products to be used in line with their terms and policies, and we do not want to harm their reputation, their business or their players.
5. About our domain names
Our domain names (fivem-minimaps.com, fivem-weapons.com and fivemloadingscreen.pro) contain the word "FiveM" only to describe what the products are compatible with: they are add-ons that can be used with FiveM. The domain names do not mean that the sites are owned, run, endorsed or approved by FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or Take-Two. We do not claim any right in the FiveM name. We do not use the FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or Take-Two logos, and we trade under names that say this plainly: "MiniMaps for FiveM", "Weapon Skins for FiveM" and "Loading Screens for FiveM". "For FiveM" means "usable with FiveM" and nothing more. If a rights holder has a concern about a domain name, we will discuss it in good faith.
6. We do not appropriate anything
We have not taken over and do not claim ownership of any name, trademark, logo, place name or game asset that belongs to Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games or Cfx.re. Everything we offer is presented as "for FiveM": an optional, third-party extension. Using their names on this site is not a claim that we own them, and it does not suggest that they have approved it.
7. Good faith and cooperation
We run these sites in good faith. If Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games, Cfx.re or anyone acting for them contacts us, we will respond quickly. We will review the specific items they identify, and we will change, restrict or remove material where that is appropriate. Notices can be sent to pityussuperstar@gmail.com.
8. Nothing here grants rights
Nothing on this website grants any right in Take-Two, Rockstar Games, FiveM or Cfx.re property to us or to our customers. Every such right stays with its owner.
9. What we do not sell
We do not sell, license, sub-license or transfer any right in Take-Two, Rockstar Games, FiveM or Cfx.re property. No part of any price on this site is charged for GTA V, for FiveM or for any of their names, map data or assets.
Nothing here is a copy of the game or a substitute for it: to use our products you need your own legitimately purchased copy of GTA V and the free FiveM client, under their own terms.
Our map files are restyled renderings designed to replace the in-game minimap; the underlying layout and geography of the game world come from GTA V and remain Take-Two's property — that is not what we charge for.
10. What we do sell
The price covers only our own work: the twelve colour palettes and their design; our own rendering and styling pipeline (shading, colour grading, typography, label and road styling); the browser overlay studio and whatever you add with it; packaging as a ready-to-install resource, installation support and updates.
For weapon wheels, the price covers our wheel artwork and designs, the wheel studio, packaging and support.
11. Why the game is named on this site
Names such as FiveM, GTA V, Los Santos, Blaine County and Cayo Perico appear only descriptively: to say which platform our products are compatible with and which part of the game a product covers. They are not our brand and are not used to suggest any connection with their owners.
12. Rights holders
If you represent Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games or Cfx.re, or any other rights holder, and believe something on this site goes beyond the above, email pityussuperstar@gmail.com. We review every notice promptly and change or remove material where needed.
