About the Apex design
Apex borrows directly from the race track. The slots are carbon fiber panels shaped like aero wings, with small winglets at their edges. A livery stripe runs across the wheel in the palette's team color, and kerb blocks, the alternating stripes painted on the inside of a race corner, line part of the rim. The selected slot is styled like a timing board, with the accent color filling it cleanly so it reads like a position on a leaderboard. The weapon name and attachment sit in the middle above the 3D center mark. It is loud in a controlled way, closer to a race car's livery than a neon sign.
Pairing it with your minimap
Apex fits racing, drift and car meet servers, and it pairs with minimaps that have high-visibility roads. Works red is the classic team color and matches a dark map with red routes. Papaya orange suits bright orange road themes, Racing green matches deep green maps, Midnight blue works with navy night maps, and Silver arrow gives a grey metallic look for monochrome HUDs. If your server already has a team color on its map and UI, use it on the livery stripe for a full team look.

Is Apex only for racing servers?
It is built around motorsport, but PvP servers use it too, because the carbon and bold selection read fast. Pair it with a sharp, high-contrast minimap and it works on any server that likes speed and clarity.
Can I use my team colors?
Yes. Choose the closest palette, then set the livery, carbon and kerb stripe colors in the studio. The livery stripe carries the team color across the wheel, so it can match your server's racing brand and your minimap roads.
Can I remove the kerb stripes?
Livery stripe, kerb blocks and winglets are all adjustable effects. Without the kerb blocks, Apex becomes a cleaner carbon wheel with one stripe, which suits a more serious or minimal HUD next to a calm minimap.
