Neon Weapon Wheels for FiveM

Neon wheels come alive after dark. Neon Arc uses split tubes and a dotted orbit, Tuner brings car meet underglow, Glitch splits the signal into RGB, and Toxic fills tubes with glowing fluid. Neon looks best when it is not fighting the rest of the screen, so pair these wheels with a dark minimap whose roads or borders use the same glow color. A magenta wheel next to a magenta and black map feels designed, while a magenta wheel next to a stock map feels random. Pick one or two neon colors for the whole server HUD and hold them.
