Military Weapon Wheels for FiveM

Army RP, milsim and tactical servers need a HUD that looks like field equipment. The military wheels borrow from ammo crates, sniper optics, radar screens, command consoles and heavy armor. Recon turns the wheel into a sweeping radar display, Scope frames it like an optic, Crate uses riveted panels and chevrons, and Ops HUD adds a compass ring. The palettes stay in the tactical range: olive drab, desert tan, arctic, night vision and hazard. Match one of those with a muted topographic or green-tinted minimap and the map and wheel feel like two screens on the same piece of kit.
