Neutral and calm — the map disappears until you need it.
4.9 · 80 reviewsMinimaps built for serious FiveM roleplay
On a roleplay server the minimap carries dispatch. Someone calls shots fired at 7062 and three units need to know where that is without opening the pause map. That makes legibility, not decoration, the thing that matters.
What we would run on this kind of server
Three concrete recommendations rather than a shrug — with the reason attached.
Warm, familiar and still very readable at radar size.
4.6 · 121 reviewsA real road hierarchy for servers where driving matters.
4.8 · 36 reviewsPostal codes: baked or scripted
Baked numbers are always visible, cost nothing at runtime and cannot desync. A postal script gives you control over the font and position but needs the map to stay clean underneath. Most heavy RP servers run the baked map and a script together.
- Serious RP with police and EMS → baked postal map
- Custom numbering of your own → clean map plus your script
- Whitelist RP that prefers a minimal HUD → clean map, no numbers
Pick a palette that is not your alert colour
If your dispatch blips are red, do not run the crimson map. Graphite, cobalt and obsidian leave the blips as the only saturated element on the radar.
Brand it without hurting readability
A logo in the ocean shows up on every screenshot and clip without ever covering a road. The studio places it exactly there and burns it in so it looks like part of the map.
